How the window runs
Before you fly, while you land, after you're settled.
Free planning call
20 minutes, any time before departure: which apps to install, eSIM choice, your first-day plan, honest answers about money and connectivity.
Window starts when you say
The day before you fly, landing day, or mid-trip — you pick. 72 hours from that moment, Beijing time, confirmed in writing.
Ask anything
Photograph the menu, share the error screen, ask "is this price fair?" One chat, up to four travellers, one local who answers personally.
Backup when we rest
Overlapping windows are capped at three so nobody is over-committed. If your contact is briefly unavailable, a named backup covers.
The planning call is free and doesn't start your paid window.
Typical moments (examples)
What people actually ask.
"My card was declined"
Screenshot the error — we identify which step failed, which fallback works, and what to tell your bank.
"The hotel can't read my name"
We join by phone, spell it in Chinese, confirm the registration went through.
"Is this taxi legit?"
Photograph the plate and the meter — straight answers from someone who knows the local tells.
"Rain killed my gorge trip"
We rebuild the day around indoor options and rebook the table you'd pinned.
"What's in this dish?"
Menu photo in, ingredient list and spice level out — plus the phrase to order the mild version.
"The pharmacy label"
Send a photo; we translate dosage instructions and confirm with the pharmacist by phone if needed.
Examples of the kind of help we give — your window is yours to spend.
Refunds, in one breath
Cancel before your window starts: full refund.
Unhappy in the first 30 minutes of real service: full refund.

Good to know
Questions we hear a lot.
When exactly do the 72 hours start and end?
Whenever you choose — the day before departure, landing day, or mid-trip. Start and end are fixed in writing (Beijing time) when you book, so there's no ambiguity at the airport.
Is this a 24/7 hotline?
No — and we'll never pretend otherwise. Real people reply within 30 minutes during 08:00–24:00 (Beijing time). Outside those hours your message waits and gets answered as soon as we're back. True emergencies in China: 110 / 119 / 120 first, then message us to help you communicate.
Will you come to the airport or my hotel?
No. This service is deliberately remote — that's what keeps it ¥200 instead of ¥2,000. In-person welcomes are our First Night product (currently inquiry-only while we build the team).
Can you pay for things on my behalf?
No. We guide you through paying yourself; your money never passes through us, and we take zero commission on anything you buy.
What if I don't use WhatsApp?
Tell us — email or another channel you already use works. We agree one backup channel before your window starts, so a single blocked app never strands you.
Do you guarantee my bank card will link to payment apps?
Honestly, no — the final check is always the app's own risk engine. What we guarantee: correct setup sequence, the known-good card path, and a working fallback (cash guidance + offline options) if a card refuses.
Can the four of us all message you?
One group chat, whole travel party, one concierge. One phone or four — same price, same service.
One local on WhatsApp. That's the whole pitch.
