Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you give us to do the job: your name, travel dates, party size, flight number if you share it, and your WhatsApp or email address. That's the whole list.

What we never do

We don't run advertising trackers. We don't sell, rent or trade your data. We don't add you to any newsletter you didn't ask for.

Where it lives

Booking details live in our own WhatsApp Business and email systems, accessed only by team members handling your service. This website itself stores nothing about you — the booking form has no server; it opens WhatsApp on your own device.

Retention

We keep booking records as long as local law reasonably requires (tax and accounting), then delete. You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, any time at hello@cqbuddy.com.

Third parties

WhatsApp (Meta) processes messages under its own policy. Payment handling, when online payment launches, will sit with a licensed payment provider — this page gets updated before that goes live.

Changes

If we ever change this policy in a way that matters, we say so in the booking confirmation — silence is not consent.
