Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CQ Buddy provides local assistance services in Chongqing, China: arrival welcomes, remote concierge support, guided private days and food experiences. Bookings are confirmed individually in writing (WhatsApp or email) before any payment.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Chinese yuan (CNY), fixed per service as listed on this site, and confirmed in writing before you pay. A deposit of ¥100 per order reserves a date; the balance is due after the service by Alipay, WeChat Pay or cash. Online card payment is introduced only once our payment approval is complete — we will never improvise a payment method outside the confirmed channels.

3. Your responsibilities

Give us accurate arrival details, tell us about kids, allergies or mobility needs before booking, and carry valid travel documents and insurance. Costs of meals, SIM top-ups, transport fares and attraction tickets are yours unless the written confirmation says otherwise.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Governed by our refund policy: the 30-minute guarantee, free cancellation 48+ hours ahead, and the deposit rule inside 48 hours.

5. No-shopping rule

Our no-shopping promise is a term of every booking. If any team member steers you to a shop for commission, the service is free and we want to know.

6. Liability

We arrange and perform services with reasonable care. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control (flight disruptions, closures, weather) or by third-party providers beyond our reasonable selection duty. Travel insurance is your friend — we recommend it for any China trip.

7. Governing approach

We resolve disagreements by talking first: message us and a founder replies. The services are performed in Chongqing, China, and these terms follow the law of the place where the service is performed.
