Reviews Policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026 · v1.0
One rule above all
Every published review is tied to a completed, verifiable order. No exceptions, no "partner testimonials", no stock quotes.
How reviews are collected
After a service, each order gets exactly one invitation with a one-time link. Reviews are voluntary and never rewarded — no discounts, no gifts, no entries into anything. We never ask for screenshots of other platforms' reviews.
What we publish
Your rating, your words, a public nickname, and the month of service. We never publish order numbers, full dates, contact details, or anything that identifies your travel party.
What we never do
- Delete or edit a negative review (we may reply, publicly)
- Buy reviews or outsource "reputation management"
- Gate low ratings behind waiting for our response
- Aggregate ratings we don't have — with zero reviews we show zero, not an invented average
If a review is false or abusive
Rare, but it happens: a review from someone who never travelled with us, or content that's unlawful. Write to hello@cqbuddy.com with your order reference; a founder checks the order ledger and acts — including publishing a correction note when we got it wrong.
Referral incentives, disclosed
If we ever offer a discount for referring a friend, the review connected to it stays up with that fact attached. Incentives and honesty can coexist — as long as the incentive is visible.
