WhatsApp (fastest)
The channel we run services on. One tap opens a chat — no app account needed on our side beyond the number.
Email (backup channel)
Slower than WhatsApp but never blocked. Use it if WhatsApp is unreachable from your network, and tell us your preferred channel.
Before you travel
Tell us one channel you trust (WhatsApp, email, or another messenger you already use). We record it with your booking, so a single blocked app can never strand you mid-trip. This backup-channel step is part of the service, not an afterthought.
Emergencies in China
Police 110 · Fire 119 · Ambulance 120. Call first, then message us — we help you communicate with the authorities, hotel or hospital in Chinese, including by phone.
