It shouldn't feel that way.
CQ Buddy exists because one of our founders once landed in this city with a dead phone, an app that wouldn't accept a card, and a hotel desk that couldn't read a passport name. The city was wonderful. The first six hours weren't. We fix the six hours.
Mission
Make the first hours in Chongqing feel like being met by a friend.
Not a tour. Not a transfer. The specific relief of "someone who knows this place is handling it" — from the moment the plane doors open.

The default first night in China for independent travellers.
Start in Chongqing. Prove the model in the city we know street by street. Then carry the same promise — a named local, fixed prices, no shopping — to every Chinese city that intimidates first-timers, in the languages they actually speak.
Values
Three rules we refuse to break.
No shopping stops. Ever.
Not "less shopping", not "transparent commission". None. Hosts are paid properly and fired for taking kickbacks — from tea houses, jade shops, silk factories, all of it. When the rule costs us a lucrative partnership, the rule wins.
Honest prices, in writing.
One price per service, confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay anything. If a cost is yours (meals, SIM, fares), we say so up front and never mark it up. Surprises are for birthdays, not invoices.
Admit what we don't know.
New company, first season, no fake five-star wall. We'd rather say "we're new — here's our 30-minute guarantee" than borrow credibility. If a request is outside our competence, we say no and point you to someone better.
